Hi Folks,

This is a heads up that a exec meeting of humbug will be held next Saturday,
the 22nd of September - All current members are welcome to attend.

   - farewell lunch for ray and sarah, thank you for lca and secretary
   and triumverant role
   - software freedom day
   - make sure all exec have cvs and ssh access setup
   - clear out talks mailing list
   - get andrae sorted as the manager of the talks mailing list
   - think about killing talks mailing list?
   - thank previous exec members, ask them to put forward any ideas they
   have
   - pre approve previous exec members as deputies for meetings
   - update website with new exec details
   - make sure talks maintainer alias points at andrae
   - make sure marks cronjob to send meeting announcements is still
   working
   - accept the sage offer of talks
   - accept the sage guy's offer of sysadmin task
