[H-ANNOUNCE] Changes to Mailing Lists

Hi all,

In light of the large amount of spam the HUMBUG lists are
attracting, posts from unsubscribed addresses will now be
silently dropped, rather than pending in a moderator queue.

In the past 3 weeks there was over 300 spam messages sent to
general with not a single message being a legitimate post,
so it is believed that there should be minimal impact to anyone.

However, if you have any issues with this, or any other
aspect of HUMBUG's technical services, please contact
sysadmin at humbug.org.au with the details of the problems.
