Folks,

Under the power granted to me as club president under section 2f
of our Constitution, I hereby appoint David Seikel as head of the
Cluster Special Interest Group within HUMBUG (CSIG).

CSIG is the first use we're making of Mailman.  To subscribe to
the CSIG mailing list, visit the Humbug Mailman interface:

I expect this appointment to be ratified by an executive decision
at the next Executive Meeting.
