Malcolm McBratney
-----------------
Malcolm is the head of McCullough Robertson's Technology Group. He 
specialises in intellectual property management, protection and 
commercialisation, information technology, e-commerce, biotechnology, and 
strategic alliances. Malcolm has acted in many significant IP and IT 
transactions, both nationally and internationally, and is regularly 
involved in negotiating agreements for and on behalf of high-technology 
companies. Malcolm places an emphasis on the practical application of the 
law and is renowned for finding innovative commercial solutions for his 
clients.

Rachel Weeks
------------
Rachel has significant experience in advising technology companies on the 
protection of intellectual property and issues involved in software 
commercialisation. She has worked closely with many SME
technology companies, advising on strategies for intellectual property 
protection and commercialisation. Prior to taking up her position with 
McCullough Robertson, Rachel was in-house legal counsel at Software 
Engineering Australia (Qld), advising a number of start-
up technology companies within SEAQ's incubator on IP protection, liability 
issues and business transactions.
