[H-ADMIN] Humbug AGM Proxy

Hi all,

Humbug is having it's AGM this weekend, and I expect it will be the 
usual struggle for quorum.

If you aren't planning on attending, could you give your proxy to 
someone.  How to do so is described in AGM notice attached.  TL;DR:

   Just send an email form your usual Humbug email address
   to admin at lists.humbug.org.au which looks like this:

     I [your name] wish to nominate [name of person attending the AGM who
     is eligible to vote] as my proxy at the Humbug 2024 AGM.  You may
     contact me on [your phone number] to verify this proxy.

   To make it easier you can nominate myself as your proxy.  If you do
   not indicate a preference I will use your proxy to vote as follows:

     - To accept the reports from the previous AGM.
     - To accept any constitutional amendments I move.
     - You will abstain on any executive position I am nominated for.
