[H-ADMIN] Next Exec meeting and AGM date

Greg in particular,

At Humbug I brought up with Joel that we should have an exec meeting 
soon, mostly to plan when the AGM will be.

First the AGM.  If you agree, the 2023-09-02 seems like a date would work.

Greg, you are away next Humbug meeting I think, but since we are only 
deciding on the AGM date and we will decide before the AGM (^^^^) we 
don't need you present, so an Exec meeting at the next Humbug meeting 
(2023-08-05) would work.

If you aren't OK with those dates please reply.
