[H-ADMIN] Humbug & Exec meeting

If the BOM's forecasts for the remainder of the week hold I should be 
able to attend, so I don't think there is a reason to cancel the normal 
meeting.

There is (a very slight IMO) chance who would want to attend the Exec 
meeting can not due to the flood, so perhaps we should postpone it for a 
fortnight.  What do you two think?
