Can you please advise which UQ staff members usually attend this event? I am looking to establish lines of communication with any staff that attend so that I can provide them with information regarding event safety.

None has been identified as such.  We will scan the Queensland government QR codes, and in fact did so at the last meeting.  We also enforced masks at the last two meetings.
