If I read it correctly, the approval seems to be for tomorrow only.  So 
I do have a question  What procedure do we follow for future dates?

We've already made arrangements for tomorrow (another meeting at a 
members house), and it's hard to change it now.  But we would love to 
resume meeting at UQ on the 20/Feb/2020.
