We have been holding our meetings at rooms generously provided by UQ
for 23 years now, and over that time UQ Security has become very
familiar with Humbug's room booking habits.  We have often had to ask
for them help when things have gone wrong, and they have over the years
always been very accommodating.

As it happens our president is a UQ staff member.  He doesn't always
make it to meetings - but his is only a phone call away.  Nontheless I
expect it won't come to that.
