[H-ADMIN] agm meeting

We've missed the announcement deadline for the agm for the eighth, so i
hope everyone is good for the 22nd?

I'll be submitting my final secretaries report, but I won't be taking notes
at the meeting. At this stage I'm not even entirely sure if I can video in,
so you definitely need to nominate a local note taker.
