Just before my battery gives out:

I've done the required printing (AGM minutes, attendance sheet).
I've laid out the a4 signage, I'll print off a few copies of this tomorrow,
it's designed so we can use it as a small poster, and as a brochure we can
give away.

I've done a very rough first draft of the secretary's report.

I've also added a non-exec report, being the external groups humbug has
participated in this year, I don't think we've we've ever tried to pull all
that together in one place before.
