[H-ADMIN] Sasig list cleaned up

In case people missed it, I got a confirmation from Mailman this morning
that it had completed the task of expiring the 30k+ held messages to the
Sasig list. There were another twenty or so left for me to send to the
discard queue and the cleanup is now complete. As far as I can tell, we
won't have to think about that list in the future.
