[H-ADMIN] Room bookings update

[Clinton Roy]

Our uq contact has acknowledged our room bookings request, and has passed
it on to the appropriate group within uq.

I was hit by the inability to edit the wiki today, otherwise a few more
things would have been done, have asked Russell for help there.
