The usual arrangement is we tell meeting prior (ie, this meeting coming
up) that all the exec will be at LCA, so if they wish to have a meeting
a current financial member will have to step up to open and close.
Update the meeting schedule on the wiki accordingly, showing who is
opening or closing if someone steps up, or "no meeting - LCA" otherwise.

Since you are the only attending exec member - your the one who is going
to have to ask.
