[H-ADMIN] Moving DNS Registars

I'd like to move DNS registar's.  We are currently with enetica.com.au.
 I want to transfer t namecheap.com for 3 reasons:

1.  They are literally 1/2 the price ($19.50 for 2 years versus $39).

2.  They accept PayPal, so Humbug can pay directly rather than going
    through a member of the Exec.

3.  The offer free dns servers.  Not that we need as we already have
    a free DNS provider, but a backup is nice to have.

Exec: I need a answer from you, and comments and suggestions from the
peanut gallery are encouraged.
