Hi Russell

Only four Central rooms show as available for these fortnightly Saturday bookings until the end of the year (we can't book 2016 dates quite yet). The rooms are 84-128 (fits 50), 83-S301 and S302 (both fit 60), and 78-343 (fits 72 and has round tables). If you would like to see what equipment is in each room, you can search for them here: http://www.uq.edu.au/teachingspace/index.html. 

32-210 shows in the system as belonging to the School of Languages & Comparative Cultural Studies. Are you sure it wasn't 32-207?

32-207 (and a lot of other Central rooms) would be available for all of the Saturdays you're asking for except this Saturday coming up as it is UQ Open Day.

We are currently Building 32 room 210 which works well for us.  Should they not be available a room that seats a minimum of 40, has flat desks, and after hours access (our meeting times are 2PM .. Midnight), air conditioning, network access, ideally ground floor with an external door.
