[H-ADMIN] AGM

I have had something come up so I will not be able to attend. I don't think
I am a current financial member, which according to the AGM page on the
humbug website I need to have been a financial member for at least 3
months. I realise I am on the current exec until after the AGM, but as I
have already announced I will not be running for President or any other
exec positions in the future, and I don't intend to be a financial member
either.

I believe this also means I am not entitled to a proxy, so I will be
sending my apologies for my absence. I have nothing to report, so you wont
need to announce any presidents report etc.
