[H-ADMIN] canada trip

Hello admin team,

I'm leaving for a Canadian trip on Sunday, and at this stage I'm not sure
if I'll be able to come on Saturday.

In my absence, I'd urge the admins to curate the humbug meetup page,
particularly if there is a talk or an event scheduled, update the meetup
page and make sure a mail goes out, I think at this point it's probably the
only way we're getting new members.

I've promoted all the exec to be co-organisers, which should let you all do
everything you need to do.
