[H-ADMIN] Humbug room booking renewal

Resend because it's now July 1st, so lets try again ...




Hello again Del.  I am contacting you about Humbug's room bookings for
the second semester.

Dates we have need a room (every other Saturday):

  2013-07-06, 2013-07-20, 2013-08-03, 2013-08-17, 2013-08-31
  2013-09-14, 2013-09-28, 2013-10-12, 2013-10-26, 2013-11-09
  2013-11-23, 2013-12-07, 2013-12-21

Times on those days:          2PM till Midnight.

Currently the room we are in, which has worked out very well for is, is:

  Gordon Greenwood (Building 32), Room 213

There are probably lots of other rooms that would be suitable.
Requirements:

- Seats 30+,
- Flat floor, normal desks and chairs,
- Air conditioning,
- Low security (this rules out Chemistry and Molecular Biosciences),
- Network access.
