I hope this is an appropriate time to organise Humbug's room bookings
for 2014 Semester 1.

The dates are all for 2PM .. 12 Midnight, Saturday:

  2014-04-26 - Syallabus Plus Week 17,  Mid Semester Break
  2014-05-10 - Syallabus Plus Week 19,  UQ Week 9
  2014-05-24 - Syallabus Plus Week 21,  UQ Week 11

The room we are currently in, 82F, fits us well.  Should that not be
available a room that seats a minimum of 50, has flat desks, and after
hours access (our meeting times are 2PM .. Midnight), air conditioning,
network access, ideally ground floor with an external door.
