[H-ADMIN] Opening/Closing, Exec meetings, Banks

Some administrative trivia.

The trigger for this email is I will be on holidays overseas from 2 May
till the 4th of June, meaning I will miss 2 meetings in May.

I suggest I do the opening's and closings until then, then Matt can take
it back over.  Matt, are you OK with this?

Secondly, the next Exec meeting is set down for the 15/5/2012.  There
are two issues with this.  Firstly that date is a Tuesday, and secondly
I won't be here.  I propose we move it to the 28/4/2012.  We should have
the next set of room bookings completed by then, so it seems like a good
time.  Is this OK?

Thirdly, how's getting access to the bank accounts going?  You have both
been very quiet on this front.
