[H-ADMIN] Term Deposit and Netbank

Matt & Clinton,
As you know the term deposit has been set up. It now appears on my
netbank. To make it appear on your netbank, you have to ring CBA on
132221 choose the netbank option (4, 0) and beg. (I tried to do this on
your behalf, but she helpfully pointed out I am not you, and this can
only be done by you.)
Unfortunately this isn't optional. When setting up Netbank'ing access
for myself, I asked them who were the other signatories on the term
deposit. There aren't any, I am the only signatory.
That wasn't intentional. I expected them to use the same signatories as
the account the funds came from, but apparently that didn't happen.
So I asked the call centre chick how we could to fix this, and initially
she said you each had to physically go to a bank branch. I begged and
pleaded, so she has now put a special note on the account (not sure if
it is on the Term Deposit account or the Society Cheque account) that
instructs other call centre chicks to you let attach Term Deposit to
your Netbank login.
So all you have to do now is ring up and plead your case. If they give
you grief here are three things to say:
1. You are a signatory on the account the funds came from.
2. You signed the request to created the term deposit, and you expected
to be a signatory. You are asking bank to fix a mistake they made by
not adding you as a signatory.
3. Go read the note.
