[H-ADMIN] Humbug room booking renewal

Hello again Del.  I am contacting you about Humbug's room bookings for
the second semester.

Dates we have need a room (every other Saturday):

    7/7/2012,  21/7/2012,   4/8/2012,  18/8/2012,   1/9/2012,
   15/9/2012,  29/9/2012, 13/10/2012, 27/10/2012, 10/11/2012,
  24/11/2012, 8/12/2012, 22/12/2012.

Times on those days:          2PM till Midnight.

Preferred rooms, in order of preference:

  Building 50 Room S201
  Building 78 Rooms 343, 344, 224
  Building 24 Room S603
  Building 51 Room 51

There are probably lots of other rooms that would be suitable.
Requirements:

- Seats 30+,
- Flat floor, normal desks and chairs,
- Air conditioning,
- Low security (this rules our Chemistry),
- Network access.
