There are PO Box'es at the JD Story building.  They have both small and
medium available right now.  They are approx $99 and $120 respectively.
I think this is a good discount on the $200 we are paying now.  (I'm not
sure what size we need - small?)

To purchase one we need to:

1.  Prepare a letter saying we have the Humbug's authority to do this.
    (I am assuming anyone can craft one of these themselves.)

2.  Present ourselves in person at the post office, fill in the form,
    and pay the amount.

Their office name is the "Saint Lucia Post Shop".  They are open 9..5,
Mon..Fri.  We should ensure we can get to the PO boxes out of hours (ie
just before a meeting).

Anyone up for doing this?
