[H-ADMIN] Reminder: Next exec meeting in a fortnight

The next exec meeting will be due to be held on the 19/Feb, at 2PM, just
prior to the normal meeting in Hawking S201.  There is nothing
outstanding from the last meetings minutes.

Stephen, could you post a notice to announce and set up the new Minutes
page on the wiki please.

And of course for the rest of us, there are our reports.  (Greg, I'll do
send you something on the SysAdmin report format, so we can agree on it
and up on the Wiki real soon now.)

Mark, don't forget to bring along the bank statement to the meeting, so
all committee members can sight it.
