[H-ADMIN] Handover to the new Exec

We need to get our act together and do the new Exec handover. I can
think of three things that need to happen:
1. Decide on the next Exec meeting date. I'd suggest one sooner rather
than later, as we want to do things with a membership drive. Is
everyone OK 2 PM, just prior to the next regular meeting?
2. Altering stuff on Excalibur (email aliases / wiki config). Greg,
Stephen - I'll just assume this will happen.
3. Secretary to create the new wiki page for the next Exec meeting, and
move the AGM page to its right place.
4. Change of signatories for the bank account. Only by my reckoning
that doesn't need to happen as none of the relevant Exec positions
changed.
Here are my items for the next Exec meeting agenda are:
1. Assigning Exec roles.
2. Standardised Reports.
3. PO Box Key.
4. Membership drive.
5. Re-visiting Excalibur home.
6. Insurance.
7. Ensure Wiki page for each Exec role is up to date.
If you have your own items put them on the meetings Wiki page if it
exists, otherwise post them here so Stephen can put them there when he
creates it.
