Since we'd only be doing it to keep UQ happy, I'd say we want the
least amount of cover that will achieve that.

As for embarking on extra bureaucracy, I don't think that makes any
sense for an organisation with about 15 members. If we find a way of
attracting members, then it might be worth thinking about.
