[H-ADMIN] Membership card sleeves

Hi Russell,

We do have sleeves which I bought a month ago. If you remember I made a 
membership card for Clarissa Womack (one of the finalists for the comp) 
the night she signed up for membership.

I even mentioned this to Matt so I find it odd he would forget.
