[H-ADMIN] Aon insurance quotation

As per Greg's suggestion I got a quote from Aon for Public Liability
Insurance.  They sent it as a PDF, so I've copy & pasted the relevant
bits below.  In summary, they want to charge us $756.25/year.

So at this stage Mark's quote for $465.44 wins. The only remaining
question I have is: Matthew, did UQ Room bookings ask about public
liability insurance this time around?  Now that I have had time to think
about it, it seems odd they would be asking for insurance when it is
effectively ITS that is booking the room.
