Matt,
Don't get your panties in a twist about such a trivial thing. I
was talking with David on IRC because his various attempts to
submit his proposal had failed, due to incorrect information on
the wiki (which I have now corrected). Since I was helping him
send his proposal, I felt perfectly happy to say that I had a
particular preference. I'm still happy about that.
