Greg I was already viewing the email and was just about to respond. You should have at least allow the Exec time to answer before you sent a response. You of all people should know that. I don't agree with you saying that the talk should be on the 7th. 

I was going to suggest that both dates would be fine and that I would place a booking for both dates and let him decide which one he wanted.
