Hi Greg,
We are waiting on word from the Director of Room bookings. They 
have decided to do another audit this year which means that it 
is now the decision of the Director on whether or not HUMBUG
is charged for the room bookings. He will be back on the 4th we 
expect to hear from him on the 6th. Russell and I did push to 
get the whole issue resolved before then but this was the result.

Russell and I are also pushing for a proper solution to this 
issue. This is something that we hope to work on next week as 
that is when the people that can set this up will be available.

It's almost time for our first meeting of the year (which should
be on the 9th), but there has been no announcement of progress
with room bookings.  Could the Exec please followup on this?
