Mark,

According to the headers in this it was sent from your mail client at 38
minutes past midnight this morning.  Thus the meeting was over by the
time anybody got this.

Also, you didn't submit a report, nor did you advise us of any
extenuating circumstances.  However, the club members are entitled to
know its financial position.  So please submit send a report detailing
the financial position of the club to this list within the next week.
If this is not going to happen for whatever reason, please let me know
ASAP so I can pick up the books from you and submit it myself.

Finally, at the last meeting we decided it would be prudent if the Exec
sighted the last back statement at each Exec meeting.  So for future
meetings please bring it along with you.
