Hi Russell,
Overall, your report looks good.
Only thing I see not quite right here is the report submissions. Firstly, I can't find anywhere in my email the secretary's report for this upcoming or last Exec meeting. Secondly, I'd like to point out that while my report submission was late enough to not be read through properly that the Librarian's report was submitted past the agreed 12 hour deadline as well.
If you amend your report to make it clear that my report was submitted too late to be read properly and note the Librarian's was late but with enough time to be read, then I'll accept the minutes.
As it stands your report appears to be singing me out, which while I feel is somewhat justified is also not 100% accurate.
