No, this is not private business Matt, unless you mean it is the private
business Humbug.  There is nothing private about Mr Willie Yeo's
application - he is asking to join a Humbug's Wiki, which is a public
web site.

If all of Humbug knew of Mr Yeo's application, perhaps someone would of
popped up an announced they know him, that he lives or once lived in
Brisbane, and that he has been constructively active in Humbug before.
That all seems likely because that is what I found out when I Googled
him.  It would be nice to be certain it was the same Willie Yeo of
course.

I would have approved Willie's application by now, except I don't have
the privileges to so.  I am not a Wiki superuser, and I don't have
access to the VM to make myself one.  I will get that sorted this
weekend.  (I will probably also fix my moinmoin EmailActivation plugin
so that isn't an issue in stage in the future.)  Assuming someone
doesn't come up with some more information about Willie I will approve
him then.
