Hi Russell and co,
the only ph number I have for Lara is 07 3365 3285 that is just a room 
bookings department number. 

The dates are
9/01/2010, 23/01/2010, 6/02/2010 20/2/2010,6/3/2010, 20/3/2010, 3/4/2010, 
17/4/2010, 1/5/2010, 15/5/2010, 29/5/210, 12/5/2010, 26/6/2010
Times: 3pm to Midnight.
Rooms we can use: Building 50 Rooms S201,Building 42 Rooms 212
Building 78 Rooms 343, 344, 224, Building 51 Room 207

Well, I would not do that.  Actually that is not true, I would.  But I
only after calling for a vote on it at the Exec and having a bike shed
about it.

I contacted ITS.  She (the secretary - aka ITS God) laughed the instant
I said its "Room Booking Time Again".  I told her the rooms were booked,
but the bookings would not be confirmed until we established our
relationship.  However she then asked for some details I don't know.
Well one detail.  She asked:

- What are dates concerned.  I presume that means the room booking
dates, and possibly the rooms we were allocated as well.  In other words
all details you know.

- Who we were dealing with.  I presume this was "Lara James" <l DOT
james2 AT uq edu aucountrycode>.  Is that right.  Do you have any other
contact details for her - like a phone number?
