With that little bit of due process out of the way, I think we are in a
position to have the "online Exec meeting".  So I hereby call the
meeting with the minimum one weeks notice.  The meetings agenda has one
item, to wit:

I, Russell Stuart, move a motion that "Humbug pay all outstanding
invoices for Caliburn."

I will arrange for the vote to be seconded by ask people on the Exec in
turn to second it, starting with the VP.  Once that the seconder ports
his second this list, please indicate whether you are "for" or "against"
the motion by sending a reply to this thread, quoting the text of the
motion, and saying whether you are "for" or "against".  Post your votes
here by the end of 23:59 Monday 21 December, 2009.  I will post the
result of the vote on Tuesday the 22 2009.  All those who vote will be
deemed to attended the meeting.
